ok so my laptop decided it would work again. (yay for pocketbook lol) however my pc at work today was fu**ed up. it kept not letting me save evals (which was really the server not my pc) and it also kept losing the sound. i'd be listening to a call and then pause it and go back and no audio. i had to reboot like 3 times. ugh. lol. anyway i found out today that we are 100% QA now woohoo. no more taking calls except for when its reallllll busy. lets hope it lasts...lol.
anyway i guess ill go for now,
